    About plans and reservations

  • What time are check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time is from 3:00PM and check-out time is until 10:00AM.
  • Is it possible to use the hotel on a day trip?
    Currently, we only accept overnight stays.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are allowed only at [Dog Run 4 Bed Dome] and [Dog Run Cottage].
    Please note that pets are not allowed in the Standard 4-bed and the Connect 6-bed.
  • Can one person use the room?
    Reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 adults.
  • Is it possible to change the number of guests or the plan?
    Yes, up to 3 days in advance.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    50% will be charged from 30 days prior to the event and 100% will be charged from 7 days prior to the event. Until 2 weeks prior to the event, you can change the date only once free of charge.
  • What methods of payment are available?
    We accept cash and credit cards on site.
  • Do you provide transportation?
    We are sorrythat a pick-up service is not provided.
    The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters away, so you can come by public transportation.

  • What is the maximum number of guests?
    All rooms have a capacity of 4 people except Connect 6-bed.Connect 6-bed has a capacity of 6 people.
  • How many beds are available?
    Standard 4 beds, dog run 4 beds, dog run cottage has 4 single beds, and connect 6 beds has 6 single beds.

    • About facilities

  • What amenities are provided?
    We have face towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush, cleanser, lotion, milky lotion, hairbrush, razor, and ladies set.
  • What cooking facilities are available?
    We provide kitchen knives, cutting boards, and cooking scissors.
  • What is included in the BBQ gas stove set (rental item: 3,850 yen/tax included)?
    BBQ gas stove and tongs are included. Please use it and enjoy the original BBQ when you stay at without-meals plan.
    We also have a selection of chopsticks, knives, forks, dessert forks, spoons, tea spoons, 2 types of paper plates, paper cups, etc.

    *No firearms are allowed.
    *Free of charge for guests staying with-meal plan.
  • Is it possible to BBQ and eat even if it rains?
    Yes, as it is an all-weather BBQ space.
  • Is there wifi available?
    Yes, it is available in each tent.
  • Is there air conditioning?
    Each tent is equipped with air conditioning.
  • Are there bathrooms and toilets provided?
    Each tent has its own shower room and toilet.
  • Is there a TV?
    No. You can enjoy the spectacular view of Mt.Fuji from the room.
  • Are there electrical outlets?
    Yes, both in the dome tents and in the dining area.
  • Is there parking available?
    There is free shared parking.

    • About meals

  • How many days in advance can I order meals?
    Up to 3 days in advance.
  • Can I bring my own food?
    Yes, you can bring your own food and enjoy your own BBQ.
  • Can I bring my own fire table and stove?
    No, you are not allowed to bring your own fire equipment. Please use the fire pits and BBQ grills provided (with extra charge).
  • Is it possible to order breakfast only?
    Yes.

    • About the sauna

  • What is the minimum age to enter the sauna?
    The sauna room is for junior high school students and older. Children under junior high school age can use the sauna in the fitness space (outdoor lounge) with a guardian.
  • What kind of attire is required to enter the sauna?
    You are required to wear a bathing suit. If you do not have your own swimsuit, rental swimsuits are available at the front desk.

    Swimsuit rental fee is ¥500.
  • Can't other people peep me?
    The sauna room is surrounded by a 1.8-meter-high fence, you can rest assured.
  • Can I bring my cell phone into the sauna room?
    We do not allow electronic devices into the sauna room, even if they are waterproof. If you want to connect to the lent speakers, please bring only the speakers into the sauna room.
  • Can I use the sauna after having alcohole?
    We do not allow anyone to use the sauna after consuming alcohol. Please note that if you are clearly intoxicated at the reception desk, you will not be allowed to use the sauna.
  • What are the Terms of Use for using the sauna?
    Please read the Terms of Use (PDF) before using the sauna.

  • Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
    There is a Seven-Eleven Yamanashi Yamanakako Hirano store a 3-minute walk away and a Super Ogino Yamanakako store a 5-minute drive away.
  • Is it possible to have fireworks?
    Yes, you can play with fireworks. Please do so at the designated place.
  • Regarding lost and found items
    We will keep your belongings for 2 weeks and dispose of them if there is no inquiry. Raw items will be disposed on the same day.

    Accommodation with your dog

  • Is there a limit on the number of dogs?
    No, there is no limit. The tent size is 38㎡.
  • Are large dogs allowed?
    There is no size limit for dogs. The dog run area has a 1.5 meter fence, so please do not let your dog jump over the fence.
  • How about the potty?
    There is a potty seat in the room and basically please use it. Pooping outdoor within the premises are also allowed, but we ask that you flush water after that and dispose of it in a plastic bag.
  • Are there any amenities for pets?
    We do not provide any amenities for pets, such as cages or tableware. Please bring what you need with you.
  • What do I need to bring when I stay with my dog?
    Please bring your dog's rabies vaccination certificate.
